Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 18, 2026

Xpress Benefits is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We're continually working to improve the experience for all visitors.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

What we've done

  • Built pages with clear headings and structure so they work with screen readers
  • Provided text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Labeled form fields so they can be understood by assistive technology
  • Chosen text and background colors with readable contrast
  • Designed pages to work on phones, tablets, and desktops, and when text is enlarged
  • Made navigation and forms usable with a keyboard

Known limitations

Some content we link to, such as insurance carrier websites, claims portals, and documents provided by carriers, is created and maintained by third parties. We can't control the accessibility of that content, but we're happy to help you access the information it contains.
